Start your day right with some neurolymphatic massage.  This quick massage helps balance all your meridians...the flows of energy supporting and nourishing each organ and major system in your body.  It helps your body process out toxins and also relieves energy congestion which contributes to pain and inflammation.  It's easy.  Just massage each point or area deeply for about 15 to 20 seconds. You can do this any time of day or night.
The Small Intestine points are just on or under the bottom edge of your ribcage.  The Large Intestine/Circulation Sex/Small Intestine on your legs are located where the outside and inside seams of your pants are.  I've included a diagram of the neurolymphatic reflex points:
